Poll - What Do You Do To Avoid Injury?

Bar Graph ImageThe current poll on southernrunningguide.com asks how runners avoid injury. 'Careful stretching pre and post run' is proving the most popular way so far, with a tie for second place between 'don't run through minor niggles', 'Yoga/pilates etc.' and 'keeping weekly milage development to 10% or less'.

So far, no one has told us that they avoid injury through 'regular sports massage' or 'other cross training activity'. Let us know what you think now on our polls page.

New Competiton - Be Safe, Be Bright with Brooks
