Poll - What Do You Do To Avoid Injury?

Bar Graph ImageThe current poll on southernrunningguide.com is asking runners what they do to avoid or prevent injury while running.

At the moment, your best advice would be to carefully stretch pre and post run, however, no one would suggest regular sports massage as a good way to prevent injury.

Do you agree or disagree? Let us know what you think on our polls page.

Competiton - Be Safe, Be Bright with Brooks

Runners in bright winter running clothingThe fantastic autumn competition on southernrunningguide.com is giving readers the opportunity to win a prize package from Brooks. Make sure you enter for your chance to win some great new gear.

All you have to do is answer this simple question - What colour is the Nightlife range now available in? There are four answers to choose from. Good luck!
