News - Sun Shines On The Women Of Windsor

She Runs Windsor Race

A large contingent of new runners boosted the turnout at yesterday's She Runs Windsor 10K with 1247 finishers at the inaugural staging of the event. In addition more than 340 runners and walkers raised money for Cancer Research UK, the official charity, while many others enjoyed the well-received Expotique, which showcased various leisiure products and activities.

News - Jess Ennis Goes On Sale

Jess and PaulWith websites such as Guess2Give underlining the need for fundraisers to become increasingly innovative to hit their targets, one runner has gone that extra step as he prepares for the Brathay 10 in 10. Paul Foster, 33, is hoping his 5ft cardboard cut-out of Jessica Ennis, complete with the Olympian's signature, will raise much needed funds for the Brathay Trust when it goes to auction on 22 May.

News - Salomon Launches Trail Runs

Salomon Trail RunnersTrail running is now one of the UK's fastest growing sports, and now major leisure brand Salomon is aiming to get even more runners to hit the trails with a series of free events this summer. Starting in June, the Salomon City Trail team will be in urban parks across the country setting up pre-marked courses for runners of all abilities.
