Race Listings

Burnham Beaches Half Marathon RunnersLast weekend's race results are now available online at southernrunningguide.com. Check out the results and upcoming events on our race listing page.

'Make mine a half' seems an apt phrase this weekend with three half marathons in Henfield, Burnham Beeches and the Isle of Wight. Henfield half marathon is an off-road course taking runners along the riverbank, disused railway, flint paths & stiles. The Isle of Wight half features an undulating single lap course, taking place in Ryde, Brading, Bembridge, and St. Helens.

Runners at Burnham Beeches half marathon on Sunday will be hoping for cooler conditions than the 2012 race which took place on one of the hottest days of the year. If it does prove to be a scorcher, organisers have provided a handy online list of nearby pubs where participants and spectators alike can refresh themselves. Make mine a half indeed!

Don't forget that you can also add your race's details to our event listings by signing up. Good luck to everyone racing over the coming week!
