News - Pavey Crowned Queen Of Richmond

Jo PaveyEuropean 10,000m champion Jo Pavey returned to her former home in south west London and won the Kew Gardens 10K at the weekend. The Devon runner was long based in the area and she was the star attraction at the Richmond Running Festival, winning in 32:47.

News - Paula Returns At Worcester

Paula RadcliffePaula Radcliffe made a successful return to competitive racing on Sunday (21 September) by taking third place at the Worcester City 10K. The inaugural event, organised by Steve Cram, attracted a field of over 1300 runners and saw Reuben Chumba and Jenny Nesbitt take top positions in their respective fields.

Trail Running ManTrail Running is growing in popularity, and we want to know when you hit the trails - Are you an autumn ace or a summer swift? Or do you follow the breadcrumbs all year round?

57% of people say they're a 12-month a year trail runners, whilst 21% prefer autumn, with 9% preferring to run on pavements.

Solent HalfLast weekend's race results are now available online at southernrunningguide.com. Check out the results and upcoming events on our race listing page.

Runners in Bristol will experience paradise this weekend at one of Bristol's most scenic runs. Paradise & Back is a trail event, passing through ancient forests, woodland trails and along the river Avon. Also on Sunday, the Solent Half in Southampton will be held for the 29th year. The race winds through the New Forest around Exbury and along the Solent shore at Lepe.
