News - Mud, Sweat and Tears

London Youth Games

Over 1700 runners defied the mud to take part in the London Cross Country Championships on Saturday (15 November). Taking place at the iconic Parliament Hill course on Hampstead Heath, the event also featured the Balfour Beatty London Youth Games for younger age groups.

News - On The Day Entry For Survival Of The Fittest

London Youth GamesOnline entries may have closed for the London Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest on Saturday (22 November), but those looking to take part can still enter the event on the day when Wembley Park will be transformed into a colossal 10k urban assault course.

MedocThis month we're asking for your take on alcohol-themed events. So far 42% say they'll stick to water, 36% believe these events to be dangerous and encourage unhealthy behaviour, and 21% think they're great fun.

Race Listings

MSOF LondonLast weekend's race results are now available online at southernrunningguide.com. Check out the results and upcoming events on our race listing page.

The London Men's Health Survival of the Fittest will see participants take on its new Wembley Stadium course this weekend, with plenty of dunking dirt and the odd diversion through the river. Things may get a bit hairy in Milton Keynes as the MoRun series returns to the city. Entrants are encouraged to 'grow it, flow it and sculpt the most aerodynamic mo you can.'
