With Halloween approaching the spooktacular Parkinson’s UK Spooky Sprint in Kent should get you into the, ahem, spirit of things. Participants will need to bring head torches as the run is entirely in darkness. From the dark to the bright, the Bright10 to be specific. The 10-mile race bills itself as the brightest race on the UK running calendar, offering runners the chance to experience Brighton & Hove at its best. If you’re preparing to run at New York or Florence Marathon, the River Thames Half on Sunday is perfect preparation. The course is flat, fast and visually very interesting! Check out race results and upcoming events on our race listing page.

Don't forget that you can also add your race's details to our event listings by signing up as a race organiser.

Good luck to everyone racing over the coming week!
