Happy runner at the Royal Parks Half

The ballot for the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon is now closed. This half marathon is London's top autumn race and places are at a premium for the spectacular run through Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and passed top landmarks like Buckingham Palace and the Royal Albert Hall.

Now the British Heart Foundation is inviting you to join their #heartrunners team and guarantee your entry. It's a double plus - secure a coveted place on the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon start line and, in addition, be part of a very special cause.

Heart and circulatory disease is one of the UK’s biggest killers. For over 50 years the British Heart Foundation has been funding life saving research to help stop the sudden and unexpected devastation that heart and circulatory disease causes. Together with your support the BHF has helped to half the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease but today 435 people will still lose their lives to it every day. This is unacceptable – but together we can change it.

The charity’s life saving research simply cannot continue without the heroic efforts of generous supporters who fundraise for the BHF.

You can help power BHF’s life saving heart research by joining the #heartrunners team at the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon on Sunday, 14 October 2018. Once you’ve signed up, the British Heart Foundation will support you all the way with training tips, fundraising advice, your very own BHF running top and the best cheer team on route.

Sign up today, secure your place and help the British Heart Foundation run all over heart disease.
