Brutal Frith Hill

Brutal Frith Hill is set in the depths of a woodland offering lots of climbs.
The race starts in the arena beside the car park and moves along fast open trails for the first km, then into a succession of 5 short but steep hills which leads onto a fast long climb into a stretch of downhill to a sharp left turn. More turns, climbs and few downhill stretches through the woods makes this a perfect summer race. A total of 22 hills and 480 meters of ascent. No wet or mud here, it's all about the Brutal hills.

Starting at 11:30 the Mini Brutal is 2.5 km long and is the same first and last km of the main race. There is a 500m gentle climb and flat area to re-join the main courses last km. Hard left and into the open woods were the terrain undulating and soft is soft forest underfoot. Then a downhill trail and into that last steep climb of the race back to the finish.
