River Thames Spring Half Marathon

We'll make a decision whether Sunday's River Thames Spring Half can go ahead by Saturday lunchtime at the latest so keep an eye on Twitter/Facebook/email on Saturday.

The River Thames Spring Half Marathon takes place over a flat, fast, scenic, largely traffic free course along roads and towpath in Surrey. It is a perfect preparation event if you are running Brighton, Southampton or London marathon or you just want the challenge of running a half marathon.

The River Thames Spring Half takes place over a flat, fast and scenic course with a start and finish in Walton-on-Thames. The first six miles are on road and towpath and runners will have good views of Hampton Court Bridge before transferring onto the picturesque towpath to Weybridge. The final mile is on road where runners can see ahead to the spectacular new Walton Bridge where the race finishes.
