Red Funnel Ferries Night Runner
Setting off at sunset and running into the night, the Night Runner Trail Challenge is a non-timed, checkpoint adventure. With a range of distances from 5km to 35km the event has something for all abilities, and with friendly checkpoints and a party atmosphere at the finish line, this night time trail running adventure will provide all participants with a great evening’s entertainment.
The Night Runner forms part of The Trail Festival, held at the Isle of Wight Mountain Bike Centre on Shorwells’ Cheverton Farm, Isle of Wight.
Equipped with a basic map and stamp card, participants will navigate their way from checkpoint to checkpoint, collecting stamps as they go. Each distance has a required amount of stamps to be collected, before participants make their way back to the final checkpoint and the finish line.
50% of ticket sales go to the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, a national charity that supports and empowers young people in recovery from cancer through the joy and power of sailing.
***Please note: Participants will use the provided map to navigate the course. The course is designed to be simple to navigate, but please be aware that it is NOT physically marked with signage or arrows. All distances are approximate and may be slightly modified in accordance with the conditions of the terrain on the day.
