River Thames Half Marathon
Now in it's fourth successful year, the River Thames Half is run over a flat, fast and largely traffic free course along roads and Thames towpath in Surrey. It is a perfect preparation event if you are running a November marathon such as Florence or you want the challenge of running a half marathon. .
The start and finish is in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey KT12 1BT. The 13.1 mile route goes along the roads and towpath of Surrey. Along the route there are water stations, mile markers and plenty of friendly marshals.

|Facilities||Ample parking at the public car park in the Heart Centre close to the start (charge just £1). Free baggage storage. No changing facilities. Over 1700 finishers in 2016.|
|Prizes||First man, first lady, first M40, M50, M60, F35, F45, F55, 2nd and 3rd man and lady. Team prizes, Local runner prizes. Bespoke medal and goody bag to all finishers.|
