Race Listings

Themes Meander Marathon RunnersLast weekend's race results are now available online at Check out the results and upcoming events on our race listing page.

Big weekend of racing ahead with the Thames Meander Marathon and Half Marathon on Saturday then the Mel Batty 10K, and Arundel Castle 10K on Sunday. The Thames Meander Marathon and Half Marathon both take runners though Richmond Park and along the Thames Path before heading back on themselves at their respective turning points. As the name suggests the riverside route involves a lot of meandering.

Now in its second year, Mel Batty 10K in Essex is named after the British runner who broke the world record for 10 miles in 1964 with a time of 47minutes 26.8 seconds. The course is fast, mainly through rural roads, and finishes on the athletics track in Thurrock Harriers Stadium. Further south, the Arundel Castle 10K in West Sussex has a gently undulating course which takes in the beautiful scenery of the medieval castle and its grounds.

Don't forget that you can also add your race's details to our event listings by signing up. Good luck to everyone racing over the coming week!
