Paula Radcliffe has given an innovative new race her seal of approval. The Checkpoints Race allows runners around the world to compete in teams for the chance to take part in a finale in the French Alps.

News - Tough Mum Takes On Treacherous Run

tough mum 220k Manaslu Trail Race NepalFrancesca Eyre, owner of Morzine-based chalet business Chilly Powder, decided to head for slightly warmer climes to take on the 220K Manaslu Trail Race in Nepal in memory of her late mother, brother and sister. The mother of three completed the race in 17th place overall and fourth placed woman.

Race Listings

MK Half RunnerMilton Keynes Half Marathon and Festival of Running returns this weekend featuring a brand new event - the MK20 miler. The race is aimed at runners who want a longer test ahead of the major spring marathons. The festival also includes a 10K and 5K. Fans of the classic 10-mile distance can indulge themselves on Sunday as the City of Salisbury 10 sees around 800 participants racing through the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.
