The good folks at the Good Gym are set for another of their Samaritan-style runs on Monday, November 14. The east London-based group meet on a regular basis with the aim of doing a good deed within their run. Their next venture will see them fix another elderly person's garden around the Bethnal Green area. The owner is currently incapable of tidying their overgrown greenery. The run to and from the task in hand will cover a distance of around 6-7k.
Anyone is welcome to join in with the runs, no matter what their standard. All the Good Gym ask is for runners to bring their kit, a willing spirit and - for this particular task - a pair of gardening gloves. The group will meet at York Hall, near Bethnal Green Station at 7pm. For more information, see the Good Gym website.
