Back To School For Better Running

Paul with Client

Southern Running Guide has teamed up with the Running School Southampton to provide one lucky reader with the chance to benefit from a special six session course aimed at improving your running technique to minimise injury and improve performance - you'll have to be quick though, the competition ends at midnight tomorrow, Thursday, 20 December.

Paul Bartlett at the Running School Southampton has enjoyed considerable success with numerous clients since he started providing his unique service in 2010. And now he wants to tell our readers about an approach he believes has considerable benefits.

Paul's six session course is the starting point for many runners who want to improve their technique. This package includes detailed biomechanical analysis of running technique and movement screening; five coaching sessions, and the Running School handbook with beginner and intermediate running programmes and a strength programme.

At the end of the six sessions the Running School provides you with 'before' and 'after' clips of your running style so you can see how much you have improved and use the clips to keep on track! Paul is hoping to complete the six session course in January 2013 - fantastic timing for a tremendous boost to your running plans in the new year.

Paul will aim to ensure that you 'move better' and one of the first things he provides is a detailed biomechanical and movement analysis. Through this he identifies weaknesses and movement issues. Paul believes that if you are not moving efficiently that you will not be able to run efficiently.

Regardless of your level, Paul starts by teaching you efficient running technique and changing your movement patterns. He does this through the Running School's unique coaching methodology and and training methods.

Once Paul has improved your technique and movement efficiency then he can work on improving your speed. This is based on your objectives and time commitment.

The six session package with extras would normally cost £260 however for one lucky reader the course is free. All you have to do is let the team at Southern Running Guide know how things work out.
