BHF runner at Brighton Marathon

The British Heart Foundation wants you to join their fight.

They have places at the top events in the south of England and you’re invited to pull on the iconic red BHF vest and be part of the race action. With charity places in events such as Brighton Marathon - the 26.2 mile south coast classicThe Big Half - take in the sights of London and run half the famous London Marathon course in reverse, and The Great South Run - 10 fabulous miles around Portsmouth docks.

Whichever event you choose The British Heart Foundation will support you the whole way.

Coronary heart disease is one of the UK’s biggest killers. Since 1961 the British Heart Foundation has been funding lifesaving research to help beat the sudden and unexpected devastation that heart and circulatory disease causes. Together with your support the BHF has helped to half the number of people dying from cardiovascular disease but today 435 people will still lose their lives to it. This is unacceptable – but together we can change it.

For more than 50 years, the British Heart Foundations research has saved lives. They’ve broken new ground, revolutionised treatments and transformed care. There are still seven million people in the UK living with cardiovascular disease today. Too many people die too young.
The charity’s research, prevention, survival and support work simply cannot continue without the heroic efforts of all its volunteers and staff as well as its generous supporters like you.

Join the BHF team at one of the south of England's top running events and help The British Heart Foundation run all over heart disease.
