The Good Gym is set for another good deed day this Monday with an outing to clear overgrown gardens for elderly residents. The keep-fit group of Good Samaritans head out on weekly runs in East London where they incorporate a physical task which will help the community.
On Monday 18 November, they will leave from their usual start point at the Arch Gallery on Cambridge Heath Road at 6.45pm and onwards to Roberta Street. At the venue they will be greeted by some incredibly overgrown gardens which need clearing so they can be enjoyed again by elderly residents.
It is estimated that the task might take 45 minutes and will be followed by some interval training on the way back to the Arch Gallery for an all-round workout. Everyone is welcome to lend the Good Gym a hand, to find out more, visit the website.
