The good guys and good gals of GoodGym are set to do more good deeds this Monday 15 September on their East London patch. The keep-fit group with the Samaritan attitude are set to coincide a lunchtime run out with some work on the Rocky Garden at the Hollybush Estate in Bethnal Green.
The task will involve lifting, weeding, digging and raking before the team splits into different groups over distances from 3k to 7k depending on ability.
The group, who readily welcome new participants, will be heading out from Arch Gallery on Cambridge Heath Road at 1.10pm. The philosophy behind GoodGym is that exercise can be about more than just keeping fit, it can also help the community. To find out more about the organisation, visit the Good Gym website.
