City titles are up for grabs at tomorrow’s Saturday (15 November) London Cross Country Championships, which take place at Hampstead Heath. The annual event incorporates the Balfour Beatty London Youth Games and will feature around 2,000 runners across junior and senior races.
The course on Parliament Hill within Hampstead Heath is one of the most iconic in English running, having hosted national and international championships on numerous occasions.
There are team titles as well as individual titles available and London giants such as Serpentine, Croydon Harriers, Belgrave Harriers, Newham & Essex Beagles are all expected to have a heavy presence.
The first race gets underway at 10am.
