MAIDENHEAD EASTER 10
Friday, 30 March 2018
Organisers of the Maidenhead 10 have announced that entries are open for their classic Easter 10 mile race. Entry is limited to 1,300 places so an early sign-up is advised to avoid disappointment.
Race fees remain at 2017 levels - £20 for affiliated runners and £22 for unaffiliated runners. You can enter on the Maidenhead AC website or via the Run Britain on-line entry system.
The Maidenhead Easter 10 is a fairly flat, fast and rural course and will once again incorporate the Berkshire Road Running 10 Mile Championship - further details at the Berkshire County Athletic Association website.
Last year's runABC South report on the race commented: "The race is a traditional event on a 10-mile route through country lanes and cycle tracks. Maidenhead 10 has always been a good quality race and this year was no exception as precisely 50 runners ducked under 60-minutes."
Why don't you plan a flying start to your 2018 Easter weekend and sign-up for one of the south of England's top 10 mile races?
