Runners wanting to enter the first ever Vitality North London Half Marathon have just a few hours to secure their place. Organisers have extended the deadline until 12.00pm today (Friday 20 February) handing runners a last chance lifeline to enter the inaugural event.
The brand new course boasts a unique stadium to sadium experience, starting at Allianz Park, home of Saracens Rugby Club, taking runners through Wembley Stadium, the home of English football.
Designed with sports fans in mind, participants will also be treated to double Olympic, World and six-time European Champion Mo Farah as their race starter.
Jamie Warren at GO2, said: “The Greenlands area of North London is the perfect setting to take in all that the London Borough of Barnet has to offer. The inaugural Vitality North London Half Marathon is the latest race to add to our growing portfolio, however it is the only one of its kind where we have successfully linked up with not one, but two great sporting venues! This is guaranteed to make it a really special event for all involved, and we couldn’t resist giving our runners a few more days to secure their place!
Please visit the event website to guarantee your place. All runners will receive their very own medal, goody bag and a technical t-shirt designed by footwear, apparel and accessories specialist Brooks.
