The Running Show is set to take place this weekend with more than 100 running brands represented at the annual gathering at Sandown Park, Esher. Clothing companies, training experts, nutrition brands and race organisers will be amongst those represented at the show.
Sunday 24 November will include 5k and 10k races around the picturesque Surrey racecourse. There will also be a free family 2k event.
The show will also feature a packed seminar programme on both days, including a Q&A with Martin Yelling, former international duathlete coach and husband of Olympic marathon runner Liz Yelling, panel discussions with Runners World and how to prepare for a marathon sessions with The Jog Shop.
Alongside the exhibitions and seminars, there are several workshops and clinics including free consultations with nutrition expert, Joel Enoch; VO2 Max tests, Barefoot and Yoga for runners workshops.
