Runners in south-west London have a new retail resource on their doorsteps with news that Up & Running, the countrywide chain, is partnering Blacks Outdoor Retail to create retail space inside Black’s Kingston Upon Thames store. Up & Running will offer their usual comprehensive range of clothing and equipment and provide digital gait analysis to recommend running shoes tailored to the individual.
The store at 5 Thames St (KT1 1PH), will officially open next weekend (Sunday 25 May) and will feature a state of the art gait analysis system and running machine and will be stocked with all the latest running footwear, clothing and technology.
To launch the partnership Blacks and Up & Running are offering a goody bag worth over £40 to the first 50 customers who buy running shoes and whilst they are in the store, customers will have the chance to enter a free prize draw - five pairs of running shoes must be won.
Up & Running's Jonathan Midwood says: “This partnership is something we are really excited about. By working with a respected outdoor brand, like Blacks Outdoor Retail, we feel that we will be able to offer an unparalleled shopping experience to the runners of London.”
