Hard won baubles at RunThrough Christmas Olympic Park races

RunThrough QEOP Christmas medal

Many competitors declared the RunThrough Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP) Christmas medal (pictured above) the best yet and a worthy bauble to add to the Christmas tree! In contrast to last year's snow and ice blighted event, the sun shone and late season personal bests were achieved on the flat, fast and inspirational course through London 2012 venues.

Miner's spoil makes great venue for cracking Kent Christmas race

Kent Christmas Cracker run

The 13th Kent Christmas Cracker 5 miler at Betteshanger Country Park, near Deal, drew a record entry of more than 400 Santas, Elves and assorted festive-clad runners to the 365-acre former spoil tip for Betteshanger Colliery, now happily transformed into a beautiful nature reserve and multi-sports venue opened by Sir David Bellamy in 2007.

New hand on the tiller at Wokingham Half Marathon

Wokingham Half Marathon 2018

Wokingham Half Marathon has been producing super fast times since 1984 and it’s the first post Christmas half marathon in the local area plus the opening race in the Berkshire Road Running Championships. Sunday, 24 February is the date to mark in your diary but don't delay your entry as there are just 3,000 numbers available.
